Christmas Is Over – Now What?
The Holiday selling season is now over and you should have a pretty good idea how your year turn out. If you’re like most retailers I’ve talked with about this year’s Christmas sales, you might have doubts about the future of your business. 2019 will continue to be a challenge and is still full of lots of unanswered questions.
It’s time for you to make some decisions. Can you answer “Yes” to any of these statements:
• I continue to lose business to on-line retailers.
• My sales have been declining.
• I have old or excess inventory.
• My debt continues to increase or is past due.
• I’m investing personal funds to cover cash flow problems.
• My store continues to have operational losses
• I’m experiencing undue stress.
• I’m tired and ready to retire or sell my store
