With over 20 years of experience, I firmly believe that many possess the capability to execute their own closing sales with the right guidance and strategy. Often, they simply require a clear roadmap and strategic counsel without the need for a full-time on-site consultant. The onset of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 compelled us to adapt our business approach. Unable to physically travel to clients’ stores, we sought alternative methods to ensure their sales’ success remotely. This challenge drove us to develop a systematic approach to aid our clients in planning and executing their store closing sales effectively. The culmination of this effort is encapsulated in “The Plan”
“The Plan” is a comprehensive written guide that offers detailed planning, timelines, practical examples, and expert guidance for orchestrating a successful sale. It equips retailers with the necessary tools and strategic insights to maximize results and accomplish their objectives. “The Plan” is based on information that the retailer provides. It is customized for his business. For many “The Plan” and some strategic advise is all that is required for the retailer to be able to conduct a very successful closing sale without needing an on site store closing consultant. This saves the retailer big bucks.
